HI, I'M CLIFF!

With several years of experience, I’ve helped people transform their health through fitness and wellness. But my calling is greater than workouts or business—it’s ministry. As a minister, I’m passionate about bridging the gap between faith and fitness.

I believe our faith journey is a lot like our health journey. Both require consistency, discipline, and trust in God’s process. Just like we grow spiritually step by step, we also grow stronger and healthier one decision at a time.

My mission is to walk alongside you as you become the healthiest version of yourself—mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll not only build strength and endurance, but also grow into more of who God has called you to be.

This isn’t just about being fit—it’s about being well. I want you to be well physically, mentally, and spiritually—and I’d be honored to take that journey with you.

You don’t need to be a Bible scholar or a church member to join us. As long as you’re open to encouragement, community, and a positive, faith-filled environment that will encourage and pray for you, you’ll feel right at home. Our goal is to meet you where you are and support your health journey without pressure or judgment.

Do I have to follow a strict diet?

No strict diets here. We focus on balanced and sustainable nutrition that fuels your body without being restrictive or overwhelming.

Is Temple Builders only for churches?

No. While we partner with churches, individuals and families can join too. The goal is to build a healthier community, inside and outside the church.
